The Baltic Capital Markets Acceleration Fund (BCMAF) is the first initiative of its kind in the region. With a target size exceeding €50 million, the fund provides long-term financing to Baltic companies with clear plans to go public, acting as a catalyst for accelerating the development of local capital markets. By helping companies prepare for the listing process, the fund seeks to unlock growth opportunities, increase market liquidity, and attract a broader investor base to the region.

Regional partnership

The Fund is managed by 1 Asset Management, a licensed investment management company regulated by the Bank of Lithuania, bringing extensive experience in capital raising, M&A, IPO preparation, and growth-focused investment strategies across the Baltics and the wider CEE region.

Baltic Partners is the Fund’s strategic partner in Latvia, an independent financial advisory firm with deep expertise in M&A, fundraising, capital markets transactions, creating buy&build growth equity stories across the Baltics and the broader CEE region.

ALTUM is Latvia’s state-owned development finance institution and a key investor in the Fund with a €20 million commitment, supporting innovation, competitiveness, and sustainable economic growth by providing financing instruments and advisory services across the Latvian market.

ILTE is Lithuania’s national development bank and a key investor in the Fund with an €18.8 million commitment, aiming to strengthen private capital markets and support long-term economic growth by addressing financing gaps across the Baltic region.
